
Wine quality is greatly influenced by the soil in which grape vines are grown. Healthy soil is vital to the long-term health and sustainability of winegrowing. In this session, soil specialists will address key issues on what is a healthy soil, and how to keep vineyard soils in optimum condition for growing quality fruit on a long-term basis.
