Sustainability as a business strategy is reflected on corporate websites and annual reports throughout the world. Stakeholders are closely monitoring the sustainability aspects of consumer products and manufacturing processes. Consumer interest in how food is produced and where it comes from is at an all-time high. These trends have resulted in initiatives by retailers and others to drive change across their supply chains, including how to measure and communicate the complexities of sustainability. Speakers will share experiences and insights to help attendees take advantage of the wine community’s successful development and implementation of sustainable business and environmental practices.
