Registration Opens Oct. 26
Mark your calendar for October 26, at 9 a.m. (PDT) - that's when registration and housing will open for the 2011 Unified Wine & Grape Symposium.
This year the opening time has been changed from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. to make it a bit easier for all.
When you register for the Unified Symposium you can also make hotel reservations at our discounted conference rates at the same time based on availability.
Two additional hotels have been contracted to provide more rooms; the Hawthorn Suites Sacramento and the Delta King. The Hyatt will also be offering a second tier room rate for after the standard conference rate rooms have sold out.
If the hotel rooms are sold out when you register, please email us at registration@unifiedsymposium.org or call Conference Registration at 800-550-1496 (within the U.S.) or 650-416-2486 (outside the U.S.) after October 26 and request to be added to the hotel waiting list. Many people who are placed on the waiting list are accommodated with a room before the event.

New Space to Add Exhibitors
The Unified Symposium organizers continually evaluate facility space in Sacramento with every effort to maximize usage. While many changes may not be noticeable, for 2011 one major change that will be apparent will be in the southwest lobby of the convention center.
For the last few years this has been where the exhibitor registration was located, but in 2011 that area will be the location for 22 additional exhibitors.
This area is a very high traffic area right along the path that many use to go to or from the Convention Center to the Hyatt where all the general sessions take place.

Maximize on the Program to Plan Your Future
On October 26, not only will registration open, but the 2011 Program will also be unveiled. While the program will continue to evolve between now and January, be sure to sign up for those sessions that can help you the most in 2011.
