Attendee Registration Information

PRE-REGISTRATION

• Register online at www.unifiedsymposium.org. Please follow the online instructions.

• You must register by January 18 to receive pre-registration rates.

• After January 18, you must register on-site and rates will be $200 higher for 3-day, 1-day and seminar registration.

• Exhibit hall only admission will be $30 higher after January 18 and on-site.

BADGE NAMES

• Your name, as provided on your registration, will be on your badge. Please register using your name as you want it printed on your badge.

ONE-DAY REGISTRATION

• A one-day session registration (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday) option is available. Registration is not offered on a two-day basis.

• If you plan to attend any of the sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday only, the registration fee for a single day is $175 for members/affiliates of ASEV or CAWG and $225 for non-members. (Please indicate the day you will attend on the registration form.)

• Admission to the exhibits is included for the day that you are attending sessions only.

• The Tuesday-only registration includes access to the exhibits on Wednesday only as exhibits are not open on Tuesday.

SPANISH SESSIONS TRACK

• This two-session track is from 9:00 am to 12:10 pm on Thursday, January 28.

• A certificate will be provided at the conclusion of the last session.

• You must complete both sessions to qualify for the certificate of completion.

• Registration for this track includes exhibits on Wednesday and Thursday.

EXHIBITS ONLY

• This option entitles you to admission to the exhibits for both Wednesday and Thursday, including the Regional Wine Tasting on Wednesday and a hosted buffet luncheon on Thursday.

• You may pre-register for admission to the exhibits only for $30.

• After January 18 and on-site, the fee for exhibits only will be $60.

PAYMENT

• If paying by check, please make payable to “Conference Registration.” Please mail the form if payment is by check.

CONFIRMATIONS

• Confirmations will be sent to you by email for registration received by January 18.

BADGES

• If you have pre-registered, you may pick up your badge at the Unified Wine & Grape Symposium registration area in the Sacramento Convention Center (3rd floor) during the registration hours listed in the Daily Schedule.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Unified Wine & Grape Symposium and be faxed, emailed or postmarked by January 18, 2010 to receive a refund for 3-day, 1-day or seminar registration fees. Refunds will not be considered after this date.

• The Unified Wine & Grape Symposium will not be responsible for notices that are not received.

• A $50 service charge will apply to all cancellations.

• Refunds will not be issued for student registration, exhibits only registration, the directory of registrants or the Spanish Sessions Track. No refunds will be given at the Unified Wine & Grape Symposium.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION

• On-Site Registration Forms will be available in the attendee registration area located on the 3rd floor of the Sacramento Convention Center.

• 3-day, 1-day and seminar registration fees will be $200 higher on-site.

• Exhibits Only registration fees will be $30 higher on-site.
