Please keep in mind that conference registration and reserving a hotel room need to be done separately.

Making Hotel Reservations?

Opening of registration also means that the discounted conference hotel rates are available. Again this year, hotel reservations must be booked DIRECTLY with any of the 17 hotels listed on our website.

We make every effort to secure the largest block of rooms at the best prices possible among the 17 hotels with whom we partner. Our goal is to provide you with a wide range of hotel options that best match the price, amenities and convenience you seek. However, rooms at hotels closest to the convention center are highly sought after and are quickly booked. So, we encourage you to move quickly to reserve a room at your preferred hotel.

It’s recommended that you book your room first and then register for the conference.
