Natalia Loscos Lupini is currently an Analytical Research Scientist in the Chemistry Department at E. & J. Gallo Winery where her focus is the analysis of the aroma and flavor of grapes and wines. Natalia joined E. & J. Gallo Winery in 2010 as a Post-Doctoral Researcher after completing her PhD in Analytical Chemistry at the University of Zaragoza in Spain. Her research interests concern: the development and application of chemical metrics to support and improve commercial processes, the interpretation of chemistry data, and the understanding of the impact of grape and wine aroma compounds on the resulting wine sensory profiles.
