Réka Haros is a Marketer who inherited together with her husband a small winery in Italy in 2002. Before that, she was marketing Danone yogurts in a saturated market and developing communications strategies and advertising at Leo Burnett CEE for P&G washing powders and tampons.

From FMCG to the wine industry, her work experiences allow her to have a vision and understanding of both small and big business marketing. She knows what it’s like to be the owner of a small winery and work with tiny little budgets, after having experience directing global brands. As a former wine marketing executive, her experience in planning and executing global and local marketing activities, with the responsibility of multi-million €/$ budgets means she knows how wine needs to be market-driven above all.
