Finding and keeping the right employees for the job is crucial, whether from the vineyard to the tasting room. As the US wine industry continues to grow and the current workforce ages, will there be a shortage of qualified employees to fill the need? In this session, we’ll cover ways to find the right employee for the task at hand and how to retain them once you’ve found them. The panel will also discuss when it might be beneficial to go to automation or a farm labor contractor to get the job done.
