<strong>Request a Booth</strong>

Information Review

All forms will be reviewed based on relevancy to the wine and grape industry and must be approved before your company can be issued an offer for booth space. If your form does not provide sufficient documentation that your company primarily provides services and/ or products specific to the wine and grape industry, you will be contacted.

Offer for Booth Space

When standard 10’ x 10’ exhibit space becomes available, the UW&GS will send an email to an approved Exhibitor with an offer for booth space. Exhibitor must then complete an online Application/Agreement for booth space. Exhibitor will be able to access the Official Exhibits Floor Plan to review available booths and can indicate preferred locations. Because multiple applications may be submitted simultaneously, UW&GS is hereby authorized to assign Exhibitor any available booth location represented on the Official Exhibits Floor Plan. Exhibitor must remit payment in full for booth space at the time of completing the online Application/Agreement for booth space. If you require the use of compressed air and/ or plumbing, UW&GS cannot guarantee the available booths will have access. Upon booth confirmation, Exhibitor must submit the required insurance certificate and additional insured endorsement.
