It is the only complete resource for exhibitor information that is updated in real time before, during, and after the show.

The Program & Exhibit Directory is the definitive source for information during the conference. Over 14,000 copies of the program are distributed to attendees with a wealth of information on the Symposium educational program, exhibitors, and schedules of special events. The program contains details of sessions including speakers, descriptions and sponsorships. The program also acts as a guidebook for the Symposium and trade show including maps of the trade show floor and booth numbers to identify exhibitors. As an advertiser, you have the opportunity to reach attendees numerous times throughout the show and beyond, as people often use the program as a reference for sessions and speakers after the show.

Escalator Mezzanine Free Standing Banner — $6,000 SOLD

Capture the eyes of attendees as they ride the convention center escalators to and from the exhibit halls and registration areas. A free standing banner on the mezzanine is a great way for you to reach out to participants in a highly visible way.
Press Conference — $5,000 (available in 1 hour increments)

Sometimes you just want people to walk all over you! These highly visible floor decals are a great way for attendees to have the chance to see your company over and over again as they walk the halls of the Sacramento Convention Center going to and from the trade show and registration area.
This prominently placed 4-panel column wrap is located in the main lobby of the convention center at the base of the escalators leading to and from the attendee registration area and right outside a main entrance to the first floor exhibit hall. This column provides opportunity on each of the four panels.

Preferably in .AI (Adobe Illustrator), .EPS, or PDF vector artwork that has all the text converted to curves or outlines. Adobe Illustrator files should not contain any imported images with an active link.
If only raster images are available then TIFF, JPG, PNG no smaller than 1024×1024 pixels.
All ads should be saved as web-ready at 72 DPI as GIF, PNG, or JPG files.
We accept animated GIF’s, but not Flash ads. The recommended animation length for all ads is maximum 15 seconds.
Homepage, Tower, and Tile ads should be no larger than 30K.
Leaderboard and Header ads should be no larger than 40K.
Please include a click-through URL, and short Alt text (5 words or fewer).
Preferred file format: PDF-X 1/a
PDF files must contain only 4-color process images (CMYK)
Unified is not responsible for PDF files prepared incorrectly
All bitmap images provided for ads should be final, color corrected, hi-resolution (300dpi at final output size) CMYK files. TIF, .PSD or .EPS file types are recommended.
All spot and RGB colors should be converted to CMYK.
Rich black: C=40 M=30 Y=30 K=100. Do not use registration.

All ads submitted should be suitable to print as submitted. ASEV is not responsible for any errors in content.
All ads created in any unacceptable format or size will be rejected and will need to be resubmitted or recreated. If files are prepared improperly and mechanical requirements are not met there is no guarantee for the reproduction of the ad.

The Unified Wine & Grape Symposium (UW&GS) encourages you to exercise caution for any solicitations for discounted hotel rates or directory listings which often include advertising solicitations. There are many show directories that target attendees, sponsors and exhibitors from other shows including ours. These solicitations are often mailed and appear to be from the Unified Symposium, CAWG or ASEV and they are not.

UW&GS will grant to you a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to hyperlink (“Link”) your Internet website to UW&GS’s Internet website, and/or use UW&GS’s Web link logo (“Link Logo”) as part of your Internet website subject to the following terms and conditions: You must accept all terms and conditions in this Agreement.
