Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the physical Unified Wine & Grape
Symposium has been canceled.
However, we will now be hosting a virtual conference
and trade show. Trade show hours will be 8:00 am to 5:00
pm (PST) Tuesday, January, 26 – 28 and 8:00 am to 11:00 am (PST)
on Friday, January 29. The virtual conference will be active
through Friday, February 12, for attendees to search
exhibitors/products and view recorded sessions. There will be no
fee for attendees to attend the virtual trade show.
Virtual booths are $1,200 and include the
following:
Listing on the event website and in the Virtual Trade Show
platform
Company logo and profile (including products)
Live chat options during the Trade Show
Space in the virtual booth for uploads, links and videos.
Including links to company website and social media
Five (5) links to videos
Five (5) product PDFs
Ten (10) booth representatives, photos and brief biography
Two (2) of the ten (10) booth representatives receive
complimentary 3-Day General Registrations
Opportunity to view metrics on the attendees who visit your
boot

Status to display whether an exhibitor is online “at the
booth” and available to chat or video conference with attendees
via their Booth Profile

The trade show continues to be sold out from year to year. In
order to accommodate new suppliers each year, we encourage
interested suppliers not currently in the trade show to complete
a waiting
list application. Historically, companies who enroll on the
waiting list will have up to a year wait before being able to
exhibit.

Each primary exhibiting company was emailed login information to
register booth representatives through the virtual platform
exhibitor portal. The emails were sent from the virtual platform
provider, CTE, and were sent to the contact person provided by
your company.
After logging in to the virtual platform exhibitor portal, click
on the “Staff” tab to access registration options. Each virtual
booth comes with 10 complimentary staff registrations.
Unified Wine & Grape Symposium (UW&GS), American Society for
Enology and Viticulture (ASEV), and California Association of
Winegrowers (CAWG) shows are NOT affiliated in any way with Expo
Guide or its Web site, www.expo-guide.com, a company that has
contacted our customers in the past.
UW&GS Representation or Misrepresentation – Please Exercise
Caution!
The Unified Wine & Grape Symposium (UW&GS) encourages you to
exercise caution for any solicitations for discounted hotel rates
or directory listings which often include advertising
solicitations. There are many show directories that target
attendees, sponsors and exhibitors from other shows including
ours. These solicitations are often mailed and appear to be from
the Unified Symposium, CAWG or ASEV and they are not.

Agreement
UW&GS will grant to you a personal, nonexclusive,
nontransferable license to hyperlink (“Link”) your Internet
website to UW&GS’s Internet website, and/or use UW&GS’s
Web link logo (“Link Logo”) as part of your Internet website
subject to the following terms and conditions: You must accept
all terms and conditions in this Agreement.
