PowerPoint Presentations

If you have a PowerPoint for your presentation, please bring your presentation on a USB drive to the Speaker Counter, located in the West Lobby, at least two hours before your session begins. We will make sure it is ready for your session. Place your USB drive in an envelope with your name, session, and time.

All speakers with PowerPoint are encouraged to review your presentation in the in the Speaker Ready Room. If needed, A/V technicians will be available to assist with questions and ensure compatibility with the equipment provided.

We encourage you to take advantage of posting your PowerPoint presentation on the conference website. Presentations will be write-protected with a password. Viewers will not be able to modify the presentation.
