There are many food options surrounding the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center, but for convenience food trucks will be at the 2025 Unified Symposium from 11 am – 2 pm.
- Tuesday – Grilled Cheese Truck
- Wednesday – Two Grilled Cheese Truck, Taco Truck and Chicken Truck
- Thursday – Taco Truck
