Join us for a special Spanish-language workshop at the 2026 Unified Wine & Grape Symposium, designed for professionals eager to explore how technology and innovation are transforming viticulture, winemaking, and wine sales.
Titled “Tradition with Innovation to Drive Excellence,” this dynamic session will bring together industry leaders sharing practical, real-world insights on how cutting-edge tools, including AI, are enhancing productivity, efficiency, and quality across the wine value chain. The workshop will open with a recap of the current state of the industry, an intimate interview with keynote speaker Dr. Laura Catena, and conclude with an interactive food and wine pairing experience.
This is a unique opportunity to connect with fellow Spanish-speaking professionals and discover how the combination of tradition and technology is shaping the future of wine. Registration for the workshop is $55, which includes the tasting experience and access to the trade show Wednesday and Thursday. Visit the Unified website for more details.
Contact Jenny Devine, jenny@cawg.org if you are interested in sponsoring the workshop.
