Founded in 2007 by Bill Pauli, a pioneer in California’s North Coast wine industry, Yokayo Wine Company provides custom winemaking, processing and storage for clients large and small. Bill saw a need for a high-end processing facility to process grapes from his family vineyards and serve wineries and growers throughout California. Consequently, Bill and his four sons designed and built a winery with flexibility, efficiency and performance in mind. As a result Yokayo has the ability to meet the needs of any size winery. Their winemaking team, led by David Rosenthal who has worked with the Pauli Family for 28 years, can take specific protocols and make a wine for your exact needs and style.
Yokayo is conveniently located in Ukiah, just off Highway 101, for easy delivery. They have an on-premise full-length truck scale, two 60 ton presses and the best crush crew in the business Yokayo processes grapes from all over California and looks forward to helping with your next harvest needs.
Likewise, Yokayo offers a service for companies looking to build wine brands or wish to add another varietal to their portfolio. The Pauli Family owns and farms some of the best North Coast vineyards in Mendocino, Sonoma and Napa Counties. In addition, Yokayo purchases fruit from all across California to make wines with a variety of flavor and style profiles. In 2023, Yokayo processed and made wine from 18 varieties. They are also making rosé wines and blush wines from varieties like Syrah, Pinot noir, Sangiovese and Barbera.
For custom winemaking, grape processing or storage services, call Yokayo to set up an in-person meeting with a member of our team. We look forward to providing you with the best of service and quality. Contact us today at 707-463-3366 or visit YokayoWineCo.com for more information.
