What’s Unified without great food and wine!
Start off with the Keynote Speaker Luncheon on Tuesday, January 23 at 11:30 a.m. Enjoy wine and a full catered lunch as you watch Wine Business Monthly’s Cyril Penn interview California Department of Food and Agriculture’s Secretary, Karen Ross. Keep the good times rolling by joining us for another glass and appetizers at the Welcome Reception later that day, from 4:30 – 6 p.m.
Wednesday’s Regional Wine Tasting is a highlight of the event, offering bites of hors d’oeuvres to pair with a wide selection of wines from 18 different American appellations. Sip and mingle on the trade show floor from 4 – 5 p.m.
And for all the time in between, food trucks will be outside the convention center. Swing by Tuesday, Wednesday and/or Thursday between 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. to fuel up.
